Frame Localizer Terms of Service

Last updated: March 16, 2026

1. Service

Frame Localizer is provided as a Figma plugin with a hosted backend. The service may process Figma-derived text and related request metadata in order to provide translation results, plan validation, usage tracking, runtime logging, and related service operations.

By using the plugin or related hosted service, you agree to the current published terms, subject to any non-waivable rights that apply under local law.

2. Accounts and use

You are responsible for using the plugin with an authorized Figma account and for activity initiated under that access. You must not impersonate another user, bypass plan checks, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

You must not use Frame Localizer in a way that degrades the plugin, hosted backend, billing systems, or third-party infrastructure used to operate the service.

3. Subscription and billing

The current public paid offering is a monthly recurring Pro subscription at the price shown on the active pricing page or checkout flow at the time of purchase. Each active paid billing month currently includes 10,000 credits. Unused included monthly credits do not roll over, and the monthly allowance resets for each new billing period.

The subscription renews automatically each billing month until canceled. Payments are processed by Paddle or the billing provider presented during checkout.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel the subscription through the billing management flow made available for your active subscription. Cancellation is intended to stop future renewals rather than reverse the charge for the current paid billing period.

Frame Localizer does not intend to provide refunds for an already-paid current subscription period as part of the normal plan policy, except where a refund is required by applicable law. The dedicated refund policy is available at /refunds.

5. Service changes and security

Frame Localizer may update pricing, credits allowances, runtime behavior, supported languages, or service operations. Material changes will be reflected in the service or in updated public documentation and policy pages.

Security vulnerabilities should be reported privately through /security. Please do not disclose active vulnerabilities publicly before mitigation is in place.
