1. General rule

After a monthly subscription charge is completed, Frame Localizer does not intend to refund that already-paid current billing period as part of the standard commercial policy. The normal way to stop future charges is to cancel renewal before the next billing period begins.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription through the billing management flow made available for the active subscription. Cancellation is intended to prevent future renewals rather than unwind the current paid month.

3. Included monthly credits

Each paid month currently includes 10,000 credits. Unused included monthly credits do not roll over to the next month, and refund eligibility is not based on whether all included monthly credits were used.

4. Exceptions required by law

If a refund is required by applicable law, that legal requirement controls. This policy does not limit non-waivable rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
